Sarah joined Lambe Corner in 2023, following 16 years of qualified practice with several large UK and international law firms. Sarah graduated in Law from the University of Birmingham and holds the Postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Nottingham Law School) and Postgraduate Diploma in Trusts and Estates. Sarah has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2013.
Her main areas of work are advising in relation to: Wills, probate / administration of estates, trusts, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, business and farming succession, cross-border succession, heritage assets, powers of attorney, deputyship and disability / elder care funding.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has worked in private client practice since then. In that time she has dealt with hundreds of estates, Wills and powers of attorney and as a result has gained considerable experience in these areas of practice for a wide range of clients. She has built a strong reputation for precision, technical expertise and attention to detail, coupled with a friendly, down-to-earth nature and plain English approach to meeting clients’ needs.
Outside work, Sarah’s time is mainly taken up by her young sons and managing her smallholding, but she is also a keen mountaineer.
