Roland principally deals with Family and General Litigation work together with some commercial property work.. He is a Member of the Solicitors Family Law Association and the Law Society's Family Law Panel. He is also the Assistant Deputy Coroner for Herefordshire.

Roland is a local man and is involved with a number of local institutions . His interests include a variety of sporting activities and he frequently participates in charity road running events.
