Contentious Probate and Inheritance Act Claims
There are many different problems that can arise when someone passes away. For instance there could be questions over the meaning of a Will, questions over whether a Will is valid or not, disputes between executors, disputes between executors and beneficiaries about the management of an estate, feuding families or someone who had an expectation of an inheritance who had been disinherited or not adequately provided for.
In some cases there can be quite strict time limits on when a claim can be made against an estate, so if you are in any doubt we recommend you get advise at the earliest possible time.
We regularly deal with claims both for and against estates and would happy to discuss any issues about an estate with you.
